How do I view or modify my reservation?
Use this link to view, modify, or cancel any reservation made online on our website. Please call the hotel at 800-662-8899 for assistance with reservations made directly with us by phone.
How do I change my reservation if I booked elsewhere?
Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.
What is your cancellation and deposit policy?
Varies by reservation, please review your confirmation letter for details.
Do I need to present my ID/passport at check-in?
Yes, a valid government-issued picture ID is required for check-in.
Do I need to present a credit card at check-in?
Yes.
Do you accept cash payments at check-in?
Starting June 1st, a valid credit/debit card to cover the full stay plus incidentals will be required to check-in to the hotel. Please note, when using a debit card, a hold is placed on your card and the hold makes these funds unavailable in your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Once your stay is complete, you may pay with cash at check-out if you choose to do so.
Do you offer a free stay for kids?
Kids 19 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.
Do you offer rollaway beds or cribs?
All rooms can accommodate cribs, and they are available through the front desk free of charge. We do have a limited number of rollaways available for an additional $10 plus tax fee per night (based on availability) and these may be accommodated in select rooms.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, connecting rooms can be requested but not guaranteed and we also feature spacious suites perfect for families and extended stays.
Does Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside offer extended stay rooms and rates?
Yes, we feature a variety of spacious suites and more for comfortable family, group, or extended stay travel. Please contact our reservations department at 800-662-8899 for more information. (Maximum stay of 29 nights).
Do you offer Government and Military rates?
Yes. Valid ID and orders are required at check-in.
Is there a contintental breakfast option at Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside?
The Point Loma Café offers continental breakfast options at menu prices.
Do the hotel rooms have refrigerators and microwaves?
All rooms include a refrigerator. Executive rooms and suites also include a microwave.
Do you have rooms with kitchens?
No, but all rooms do have a refrigerator and some rooms include a microwave.
Do you have accessible rooms at Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside?

Yes, we do. A one night room and tax charge may apply.

What time can I check-in or check-out at Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside?
Check-in time is from 4 PM onward, and check-out time is 12 PM.
Can I guarantee an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-ins are based on availability on the day of arrival only. Late check-outs are based on availability on the day of departure only. Please contact the front desk of our San Diego hotel to request a late check out on your departure date.
Do you allow smoking on property or in your guest rooms?
There is no smoking allowed inside the property, including in all guestrooms. The Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside will assess a fee of $250 to guests that choose to smoke in guest rooms.
Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and is available in all guest rooms.
How much do you charge for high-speed WiFi Internet access?
There is no charge for Wifi access.
Do you have refrigerators and microwaves in your guest rooms and suites?
All rooms have a refrigerator. Select rooms have microwaves. See our accommodations page for details.
What time is the fitness center at Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside open?
The exercise room is currently closed to guests.
Do you offer bikes for use during my stay?
Yes. Bikes are available to guests of the hotel. They are free of charge for the first 2 hours and there is a charge of $5 per hour per bike after that.
Do you have a business center?
Yes. The Business Center is open to hotel guests 24 hours a day.
Do you have a gift shop?
Yes. We have gift shop and a separate 24 hour sundry shop located in our hotel lobby.
Is there a pool at Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside?
Yes. The hotel has a heated outdoor pool (82 degrees) and hot tub (hot tub is temporarily closed). Pool area is open from 8am until 11pm daily, year round.
Does your hotel supply wheel chairs and strollers?
Wheelchairs are available at no charge (limited availability, please call the front desk in advance of stay). Strollers are not available.
Is there washer/dryer accessibility within your hotel?
Yes. We do have guest laundry facilities. Dry cleaning is also available.
How much is on-site parking at Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside?
Guest parking fee is $18 per day. Please contact reservations for our "Park, Stay and Go" room package rates.
Do you offer valet parking?
No. All parking is self-parking.
Do you charge a resort fee? If so, what is included?
